Executive Sprinter.

One vehicle, one meeting point, fourteen people.

Executive Sprinter

Four sedans is four sets of problems.

The Executive Sprinter carries fourteen passengers and eight bags — a full team travelling together rather than split across several vehicles. It is booked for corporate groups, roadshows, conference days and team airport transfers. This is a limited class: seventy-two hours to a week is the recommendation, and we will always try to accommodate a last-minute request without ever guaranteeing one.

Why This One

Four reasons a group books one.

One meeting point

Not four.

Fourteen people across four sedans means four pickup locations, four chauffeurs and four chances for something to go wrong. One vehicle removes all of it.

Everyone arrives together

Which matters at a meeting.

Split across cars, a team arrives across twenty minutes. In one vehicle they arrive at once, which is usually the point.

The day can be worked in transit

Between stops.

A team in one vehicle can talk between meetings. Four separate cars cannot.

Book it early

Seventy-two hours to a week.

This is a limited class and it books out first. We will try to accommodate short notice and will tell you honestly rather than promising.

Who Books It

Six times it is the right call.

Where the group is the booking.

Corporate roadshows

Multi-day itineraries where a team moves together across a city.

Conference and trade show days

Javits, hotel ballrooms and venue-to-venue movement.

Team airport transfers

A group arriving or departing together, with the flight watched.

Corporate boxes and hospitality

Guests collected from one point and returned to it.

Visiting delegations

Groups arriving together, moving together and leaving together.

Family and group travel

The Hamptons or Connecticut, where a family moves as one.

When Not To

Three times to book something else.

We would rather say so at booking than at the kerb.

Full checked luggage for fourteen

Consider two SUVs.

Eight bags at full capacity suits roll-aboards better than a group with a suitcase each. Say what is travelling and we will structure it properly.

Narrow downtown streets

Ask about the pickup point.

A Sprinter cannot reach many SoHo, Tribeca or brownstone Brooklyn doors. The meeting point is planned around the vehicle.

A celebration rather than a meeting

Book the Party Sprinter.

Same capacity, different interior and different purpose.

Compare

The class either side of it.

Party Sprinter

Same capacity, built for evenings out rather than working days.

First Class SUV

Six passengers and five bags, with over 200 Escalades in the fleet.

Multi-vehicle days

Several vehicles on one reservation for larger events.

Why Manhattan Black Car Service

Six things that come with every booking.

Licensed

NYC TLC Base B03644

Manhattan Black Car Service runs under Ride Soho Inc., 230 Park Avenue, 3rd Floor. Every chauffeur holds a New York City TLC licence and is vetted before driving.

Early

Fifteen minutes early, not fifteen minutes away.

Your chauffeur is in place before the booked time, with a text fifteen minutes before arrival.

Flights watched

Your flight changed. Your pickup already did.

Tracked from departure. Wait runs 45 minutes on domestic arrivals and 60 on international, from the aircraft reaching the gate.

One rate

Traffic changes. Your rate doesn't.

Set at booking. No increase in rush hour, in a storm, on a holiday or after an event.

All-inclusive

One number, nothing added later.

Chauffeur, vehicle, tolls, route planning and gratuity are in the rate you see.

Known in advance

You'll know who's driving, the day before.

Chauffeur name and vehicle sent 24 hours ahead, to the traveller and to whoever booked.

Questions

Executive Sprinter, answered.

How far ahead should I book a Sprinter?

Seventy-two hours to a week, and longer for multi-vehicle event days. It is a limited class and books out first.

We will always try. Inside seventy-two hours we can attempt it but cannot guarantee it, and we tell you either way rather than leaving it uncertain.

We contact you before the day to agree an alternative or cancel at no cost. We do not substitute quietly.

Fourteen passengers with eight bags. With fewer passengers there is considerably more luggage room.

For a team, usually. One vehicle means one meeting point and one arrival time, where four cars mean four of each.

Not everywhere. On narrow downtown streets and brownstone blocks the pickup point is planned around the vehicle rather than the address.

Capacity is the same. The Executive Sprinter is configured for working days; the Party Sprinter is built for evenings out.

Yes, and for roadshows and conference days that is the usual structure — the vehicle stays with the team rather than being released.

Executive Sprinter

Fourteen passengers, one vehicle.

The Manhattan Black Car Service Executive Sprinter carries fourteen passengers and eight bags, booked for corporate roadshows, conference and trade show days including the Javits Center, team airport transfers at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Liberty, corporate box and hospitality groups, visiting delegations, and family and group travel to the Hamptons and Connecticut. One vehicle means a single meeting point and a single arrival time. Seventy-two hours to one week is recommended; last-minute requests are attempted but cannot be guaranteed.
