Questions
About the fleet.
How many passengers fit in each vehicle class?
Premium Sedan and First Class Sedan carry 3 passengers with 2 bags. Premium SUV and First Class SUV carry 6 passengers with 5 bags. Executive Sprinter and Party Sprinter carry 14 passengers with 8 bags.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. Vehicle requests can be made when booking and are subject to availability.
How is the Manhattan Black Car Service fleet maintained?
The RideSoHo fleet is modern and meticulously maintained, with every vehicle prepared before each reservation and equipped with the newest safety technology.
Does Manhattan Black Car Service have electric vehicles?
Yes. The Electric Collection includes the Cadillac LYRIQ, Cadillac VISTIQ and Cadillac ESCALADE IQ, available by advance request and quoted individually.
Which vehicle is best for an airport transfer with luggage?
For two travelers with two bags, the Premium Sedan is sufficient. For families, groups or travelers with more than two bags, the Premium SUV or First Class SUV is the better choice.
What is the difference between Premium SUV and First Class SUV?
Both carry 6 passengers and 5 bags. Premium SUV is the Chevrolet Suburban, Lincoln Navigator or GMC Yukon. First Class SUV is the Cadillac Escalade — the same capability with first class presentation, chosen when the arrival itself matters.
Should I book one Sprinter or several SUVs for my group?
For groups of seven to fourteen, one Sprinter keeps everyone together, arrives as a single vehicle and is usually simpler to coordinate than a convoy. Multiple SUVs make sense when the group is splitting to different destinations or needs to depart at different times.
What is the difference between the Executive Sprinter and the Party Sprinter?
Both carry 14 passengers and 8 bags. The Executive Sprinter is configured for business travel — roadshows, corporate arrivals and conference transfers. The Party Sprinter has lounge seating and ambient lighting for celebrations, nights out and private events.
Which vehicle is easiest for elderly passengers to get in and out of?
A sedan. Sedans sit lower than SUVs, so there is no step up into the vehicle — the easier choice for older passengers or anyone with limited mobility. Request a sedan when booking and your chauffeur will assist with entry, exit and luggage.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available by advance request in every vehicle class. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
How much does each vehicle class cost?
Rates depend on route, vehicle class and timing. You can see the exact rate for your trip instantly by entering your pickup and destination in the reservation system — no quote request required.
Does Manhattan Black Car Service provide limousines or coaches?
No. Manhattan Black Car Service operates sedans, SUVs and Sprinters only. For groups larger than fourteen, multiple vehicles can be coordinated on a single reservation.
