Party Sprinter.

When the journey is part of the night.

Party Sprinter

The group stays together, all evening.

The Party Sprinter carries fourteen passengers and eight bags, configured for celebrations rather than working days.

Birthdays, anniversaries, wedding parties and nights out across the city — booked hourly, so the vehicle waits between stops and nobody is looking for a car at midnight. This is a limited class: seventy-two hours to a week is the recommendation, and we will try to accommodate short notice without guaranteeing it.

Capacity

What it holds.

Same capacity as the Executive Sprinter, configured differently.

Best for

Celebrations and evenings out

Booking

Hourly, with minimums applying

Booking notice

Seventy-two hours to one week is recommended. We will always try to accommodate a last-minute request, but this class cannot be guaranteed at short notice

Why This One

Four reasons a group books one.

Four reasons a group books one.

The car is already there.

Booked hourly, it waits between venues. On a night out that is worth more than anything else about it.

The group stays together

All fourteen.

Split across cars, half the group ends up somewhere else. One vehicle keeps the evening in one place.

A licensed chauffeur, all night

Which is the point.

Nobody is driving, nobody is arranging rides, and everyone gets home.

Book it early

Seventy-two hours to a week.

A limited class, and weekends book out first. We will try to accommodate short notice and tell you honestly rather than promising.

Who Books It

Six evenings it suits.

Where the group travels together and the night has no fixed end.

Birthdays and anniversaries

Dinner, drinks and whatever follows, with the car waiting between each.

Wedding parties

The party moving between venues, or guests from a hotel block.

Bachelor and bachelorette evenings

Several venues in a night, with the running order changing as it goes.

Nights out across the city

Downtown, Williamsburg and the Meatpacking District, with pickup points agreed before the evening.

Concerts and games

Where a group arrives together and leaves together after the crush.

Group travel out of the city

A day out where everyone travels as one.

When Not To

Three times to book something else.

We would rather say so at booking than at the kerb.

A corporate day

Book the Executive Sprinter.

Same capacity, configured for working rather than celebrating.

An airport transfer with full luggage

Consider two SUVs.

Eight bags at fourteen passengers suits an evening rather than a group with a suitcase each.

Narrow downtown streets at night

Ask about the pickup point.

A Sprinter cannot reach many downtown or Brooklyn doors, particularly when the streets are busy.

The class either side of it.

Executive Sprinter

Same capacity, configured for corporate days and roadshows.

First Class SUV

Six passengers, where the group is smaller.

Hourly service

How this vehicle is nearly always booked.

Why Manhattan Black Car Service

Six things that come with every booking.

Licensed

NYC TLC Base B03644

Manhattan Black Car Service runs under Ride Soho Inc., 230 Park Avenue, 3rd Floor. Every chauffeur holds a New York City TLC licence and is vetted before driving.

Early

Fifteen minutes early, not fifteen minutes away.

Your chauffeur is in place before the booked time, with a text fifteen minutes before arrival.

Flights watched

Your flight changed. Your pickup already did.

Tracked from departure. Wait runs 45 minutes on domestic arrivals and 60 on international, from the aircraft reaching the gate.

One rate

Traffic changes. Your rate doesn't.

Set at booking. No increase in rush hour, in a storm, on a holiday or after an event.

All-inclusive

One number, nothing added later.

Chauffeur, vehicle, tolls, route planning and gratuity are in the rate you see.

Known in advance

You'll know who's driving, the day before.

Chauffeur name and vehicle sent 24 hours ahead, to the traveller and to whoever booked.

Questions

Party Sprinter, answered.

How far ahead should I book the Party Sprinter?

Seventy-two hours to a week, and longer for weekends and event nights. It is a limited class and books out first.

We will always try. Inside seventy-two hours we can attempt it but cannot guarantee it, and we tell you either way.

We contact you before the day to agree an alternative or cancel at no cost, rather than substituting quietly.

Fourteen passengers with eight bags — the same capacity as the Executive Sprinter, configured for evenings rather than working days.

Nearly always. On a night out the value is the vehicle waiting between venues, which only an hourly booking provides.

Often not at the door. Downtown and Brooklyn streets are narrow and busy in the evening, so the pickup point is agreed before the night.

Yes. Within an hourly booking the stops are yours — tell your chauffeur and the route replans.

Yes, as on any vehicle — $100 for a carpet or seat burn and $250 for excessive cleaning. They are in the reservation agreement.

Party Sprinter

Fourteen passengers, one vehicle.

The Manhattan Black Car Service Party Sprinter carries fourteen passengers and eight bags, configured for celebrations rather than corporate travel. It is booked for birthdays and anniversaries, wedding parties, bachelor and bachelorette evenings, nights out across Manhattan, Williamsburg and the Meatpacking District, concerts and games, and group day trips. Bookings are hourly so the vehicle waits between venues. Seventy-two hours to one week is recommended; last-minute requests are attempted but cannot be guaranteed.
