Executive car service is prearranged private transportation with a professional chauffeur, booked in advance for business travel. The vehicle, chauffeur and timing are confirmed before the trip rather than assigned at the moment of request.

How is executive car service different from a ride-hailing app?

A ride-hailing app assigns whichever driver is nearest at the moment you request. Executive car service confirms a specific chauffeur and vehicle in advance, monitors your flight, and holds the reservation regardless of demand or surge conditions.

Will I know who my chauffeur is before the trip?

Yes. Chauffeur and vehicle details are sent 24 hours before pickup.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Flights are monitored and pickup timing is adjusted automatically. Complimentary wait time is 45 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals, timed from the gate.

Can I keep the same chauffeur all day?

Yes. Hourly service holds one chauffeur and vehicle for the duration of your day, with 12 miles per hour included in New York City.

How far in advance should I book?

24 hours is recommended. Same-day reservations are accepted subject to availability.
