How do I set up an account for my executive?
Create a RideSoHo account online and add a card on file. You can book every trip from that account, for one executive or several. Each trip is charged when it’s confirmed, and the receipt is saved to the account when the trip is complete.
Can I book for more than one executive?
Yes. Book each trip under your account and enter the passenger’s name and mobile number. The chauffeur contacts the passenger directly, so you’re not relaying messages on the day.
Which service should I book?
| Your executive’s day | Book this | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One ride, known pickup and drop-off | Point-to-point | Flat rate, tolls included |
| Several meetings or an uncertain schedule | Hourly | The car stays reserved for the booked time, with unlimited stops |
| Arriving at JFK, LaGuardia or Newark | Airport transfer | Flight monitored; pickup moves with delays |
| Flying private | Private aviation | Met at the FBO; add the tail number when you book |
| Same-day trip to Stamford, Princeton or Philadelphia | City-to-city round trip | Out in the morning, back the same evening |
.
Hourly bookings have a 2-hour minimum for sedans and 3 hours for SUVs, and include about 12 miles per booked hour within NYC.
How do airport pickups work?
Add the flight number when you book. The flight is monitored, so a delay or early landing moves the pickup automatically. The grace period is 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 for international, timed from the gate. For $25, Meet & Greet has the chauffeur park and wait inside the terminal with a name sign — useful for an executive’s first visit or an international arrival.
How do I change a pickup at short notice?
Modify or reschedule through your account with at least three hours’ notice. For anything closer, call dispatch on +1 (212) 875-5212, available 24/7.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Premium Sedan, Premium SUV and First Class SUV bookings cancel at no charge more than 24 hours before pickup. First Class Sedans and Sprinters need 48 hours. During major New York events, the window is 72 hours.
Which vehicle should I book?
Cadillac Escalade (First Class SUV): C-suite travel and client pickups.
Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW 7 Series (First Class Sedan): one executive who wants a quiet cabin to work.
Premium SUV: teams with luggage, up to six passengers.
Executive Sprinter: groups of up to 14.
Book First Class Sedans and Sprinters one to two weeks ahead; SUVs are usually available at shorter notice.
How do receipts work for expense reports?
Every receipt is saved to your account when the trip is complete. Download them by trip for your executive’s expense report.
