Broadway and the Theater District
The Theater District runs roughly from West 41st to West 54th Street, between Sixth and Eighth Avenues. Most evening performances start at 7 or 8 p.m., and every show lets out at about the same time, so West 44th and 45th Streets fill with people and cars around 10 to 11 p.m.
The easy way: book an hourly car for dinner and the show. Your chauffeur drops you at the theater, waits nearby, and texts you where to meet — usually a block away from the busiest curb.
Restaurants before the curtain
Restaurant Row — West 46th Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues — is built for pre-theater dining, with Hell’s Kitchen’s restaurants spreading west along Ninth Avenue. Book dinner at least 90 minutes before curtain.

Getting to and from the airports
| Airport | Typical drive from Times Square |
|---|---|
| LaGuardia | 30 – 60 min |
| Newark | 30 – 70 min via the Lincoln Tunnel |
| JFK | 45 – 85 min |

Getting picked up in Times Square
The plazas on Broadway are closed to cars, so pickups happen on the side streets and avenues. Your chauffeur confirms the exact pickup point by text a few minutes before arrival.
Travel times vary with traffic, weather, construction and time of day.
