How do I decide: drive or wait?
Compare two times: when the airline’s next available seat would get you there, and the drive time below. If the car arrives first — or tonight instead of tomorrow — driving is usually the better choice.

Travel time varies with traffic, weather, construction and time of day. The weather that grounds flights can slow the roads too.
What should I do in the first fifteen minutes?

2. Book online, or call dispatch on +1 (212) 875-5212 for a pickup in the next hour or two.
3. If you checked bags, give us the time you expect to have them — the chauffeur is scheduled around it.
4. Watch for a text with your chauffeur’s name, vehicle and pickup point.
Can I get a car at short notice?
Usually, for an SUV — RideSoHo runs more than 300. First Class Sedans and Sprinters are limited at short notice. Every request is attempted, but none is guaranteed; dispatch tells you straight away if a car isn’t available, so you can keep other options open.
Where will the chauffeur meet me?
Curbside at your terminal, confirmed by text. Add Meet & Greet for $25 and your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign.
Can my family or team travel together?
Yes. A Premium SUV seats six with five bags; an Executive Sprinter seats 14 with eight. Child seats need 24 hours’ notice, so call dispatch first if you’re traveling with young children at short notice.
Will the airline or insurance cover the car?
That depends on your airline and your policy. Your receipt arrives when the trip is complete, so you have what you need to submit a claim.
Is it only one way?
No. If your flight into New York is cancelled, we can also collect you and drive you back to the city or a New York airport.
