How far ahead should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead when you can. SUVs are usually available at shorter notice. For First Class Sedans and Sprinters, book one to two weeks ahead, and earlier for major events such as the UN General Assembly, the US Open or the holidays.
How does the guest find the chauffeur?
The guest receives the chauffeur’s name, vehicle and contact details by text. At the hotel, the chauffeur confirms the exact pickup point shortly before arrival — useful on busy blocks like Fifth Avenue or SoHo’s narrow streets.
Can I book for a family with young children?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $10 each with 24 hours’ notice. A parent, guardian or responsible adult must ride with passengers under 18. A Premium SUV seats six with five bags.
Can I book several cars for a group or an event?
Yes. Multi-vehicle and event bookings — weddings, galas, delegations — are arranged directly with dispatch, with timings and terms agreed at booking.
Is RideSoHo affiliated with the hotel?
No. RideSoHo is an independent, NYC TLC-licensed car service (TLC Base #B03644). Concierges can book with us for any guest, at any hotel.
